Hi, I have a problem with the clutch.(I think)
Car been standing for years engine runs sweet , goes in and out of all gears with engine running , but no drive, it’s like the clutch is stuck in. Pedal is up and I can’t push it down,
Anyone any idea ?.

If it has been standing for years, I would also suspect the hydraulic parts in the system will need replacing/overhauling. Although they usually give the opposite symptom (pedal to the floor without actually doing anything) It would e worth checking them. If they are in good order all that is left is to split the box to have a look at the clutch itself.
 
As you can not push pedal down something must be stuck in the system.Most likely rubbers in the master cylinder, flexi pipe and and or slave cylinder have degraded stopping fluid return. Open slave bleed nipple and see if anything comes out.
Tidy looking series 2 you have there.

Hi tottot, thanks for the reply, that was one of the first thing I tried.
My problem is I need to move it to a position where I can work on it regularly about 20 feet away but unable to push it up a small hump in the garden.
 
Is the high low lever fully engaged, try it in low ratio also as maybe and issue with snapped halfshaft in rear [you would also need to engage the free wheel hubs on front wheels
Disconnect coil or solenoid so engine cannot start engage gear and try starter vehicle should try to lurch if battery strong enough.
 
My brake pedal locked solid in the up position after sitting for years so it is possible. I was also going to say what @Blackburn has, try swinging on some if the levers :D
 
So nothing came out ? Slave may be solid,you could remove it and see if clutch engages. Also seems you need some beefy mates around for a drink. ;)Price shift the landy.
 
if you can't push it up a hump the handbrake may be seized on/partly on as well, I can push a swb series up a sloping drive on my own if I am quick to stick a wheel chock under one of the front wheels when it gets to the top
 
Hi all, thank for help, it was slave cylinder, removed it , put it in gear and pressed starter,( coil disconnected ) and it moved on the starter about a foot, so happy. Now to start stripping it . And the story continues
