Clutch Slip

Slipping when flooring it....
Is there adjustment on P38 manual clutches?
If not whats the order of fixes and checks?
Workshop manual isnt mcuh help this time

no .gearbox off new clutch and dual mass flywheel if fitted,sooner than later ,not too bad as bellhousing splits

mine was the same,it is a hydraulic clutch so self adjusts,new clutch basically,or unless you are very lucky and have a leak or a master or slave cylinder on the way out.
mine had to have a new clutch,and cost just over £500
