Clutch problems

Hi, I have a 1993 discovery 1. I've had problems with my clutch and have replaced the clutch fork, master cylinder and slave cylinder. The system wont bleed up though. I'm getting no air out of the system. I've tried everything and have even removed the damper but it's made no difference. The pedal is fine until I start the engine then I lose the pedal and really struggle to get gears. Pumping the pedal doesn't make much difference either. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I need it for work. Thanks
