You guys probably all know this but I just changed the clutch pedal return spring on my 05 defender from the original extension type to the hairpin type. If you have considered it and not done it I say do it the difference is amazing clutch in mine has done 75k and is a little heavy but with the modified spring its a joy to drive. Only trouble is I will have to hide the keys now coz if the missis finds out she can now press the clutch down she will be using all my diesel whilst I am at work!

Has been mentioned a few times...LOL.

But does not hurt to throw out a timely reminder for what is an easy and cheap solution to the heavy clutch pedal that the single tension linear spring style has.

Cheers
