Clutch or hydraulic td5

Hi all ,When i go on motorway for a distance & at speed then slow down & have to change gear its hard to get into gear and i have to bleed the slave cyl to get the pedal back up .Around town it isnt a problem but i can not engage the diff lock at all it just wont go over .Dont want fork out for a new clutch if its the slave .Any help much appreciated. 1. There is a known issue with these boxes getting over-hot on motorways and difficult gear selections. Change the gearbox oil and only use MTF94 oil; re the clutch pedal, you may been having a clutch fork on the way out, due to the pivot perforating the fork.

2. If yours is a 2003, it doesn't have difflock, so the lever won't slide to the side. It has traction control and hill descent instead.

what he said realy i had the same problem with my 90 when going at the same speed for a long time did not worry me to mutch as it was only about every 6 months would not worry about the clutch fork as this is not a problem td5 dont have its only the pre td5s

and most td5s dont have diff lock but it was a option on late td5s when new
