The clutch is so worn on my 200tdi it will need to be done in the very near future so i've been having a look around on various sites for prices and have noticed quite a few people offer a kit with the clutch fork as well,my question being is it worth getting the fork as well as i've never known of one failing uless any of you can tell me different. Also any particular companys or clutch manufactures you've had probles with or to avoid?

mine was wrecked the fork I mean casuing clutch failure there is a trick of the trade to weld a patch of harden steel sheet in the fork where it meet the arm pinon and then when u change the clutch it should last u another 100,000 miles it is common fault for the arm to punch a hole thoru the fork plate.
