Clutch not engaging

she's been standing for about 3 months, brakes and under-sealing and other jobs, started her up and depressed the clutch - it was stiff, had to really push down but it worked, got it into gear no problem but although the spring returned the clutch pedal to normal the clutch didn't engage. there's no apparent leak of clutch fluid the reservoir is still full. any ideas?

Try opening slave bleed, if fluid squirts out likely blockage in system caused by failing rubber bits.
