So occasionally, normally when cold and from stationary, when I depress the clutch and select 1st or reverse and start to lift off the clutch to pull away, I get a grinding, slipping gear noise, almost as if the gear was only partially engaged.
So I dip the clutch again all the way down again, It's still making the noise from a slipping gear still catching- even with the clutch down.
Once I depress the clutch again and select neutral, noise stops. Then it's ok for ages.
What is going on in my gearbox?
