Clutch master to slave quick connect fitting

I'm in the process of fitting a new clutch master cylinder. The gold quick connect/disconnect fitting was a pig to release and now won't hold the new connection together. Closer inspection suggests that the little spring/pins inside the connector are broken/distorted. I believe I need to get a new fitting but can't find the correct name or part number for this part.

Can someone please point me in the right direction? All I want is the gold fitting (see picture).

Looks like a TD4 quick release coupler. Slide back collar and release. If it has been forced off and broken I think it can only be bought with cylinder and pipe.
