'CLUNK' on taking up the drive

SORTED....

Twas the A-frame joint that was 'Clunking'.

BUT... what an arseole to get off!!!

( I gave up, and let the garage push the bugger out):mad:

Still got some backlash in the transmission, but not enough to bother me.

But, overall a great improvement.:)
 
usually it's the a frame ball joint, it's clunks.

if it's the backlash in the transmission line, then it's a lower note clok. i've this problem in mine. so you just have to release the clutch slowly when moving off and when you are going over a speed hump, just clutch in.
