Hi all, my 04 td4 got new drop links, ball joints and front anti roll bar bushes for it's mot in january.

Ive covered just over 1500 miles since and i have been hearing a loud clunk/banging noise from the front when going over bumps in the road for a couple of weeks now.
The parts are supposed to be geniune Landrover replacements but i've lost faith in the garage for it's complete lack of ability to sort my clutch master cylinder change and bleed. Had to take it to a LR specialist to get striped, flushed out and rebled properly at extra cost.

Is it really possible for genuine parts to fail in 1500 months?

The mot picked up no other faults in the suspension or steering area so i can only guess that something hasnt been done right.

Any ideas for whats likely to be wrong?

:) My wifes hippo had this problem, when i checked the ARB i noticed it was "off center" and the ARB was catching on the suspension strut when going over bumps etc.So fitted new bushes on the ARB and centalised it all, been fine ever since.:)

I cut a slot in two washers and put them on the arb then centralised it, locking them in place with jubilee clips.

Will have a look but the noises stopped for a while when the parts for the mot were fitted.
Hense I'm thinking that they are to blame.

Take it back and tell them to fix it?
