Clicking noises when turning!

Yipes!

"Click-click-click-click-click" sounds like bad knuckle noises, but I can not identify the exact location(s) of the problem. It sounds like they are coming from the wheel areas on both sides in the front. Both my mechanic & I are mystified. Not good...

Anyone who has experience with this situation? I would appreciate your thoughts or sharing your experience.

It's your CV joints.
Don't worry, they'll go on for ages like that.
Change them if you have to strip the front axle for some other reason, or when they get much worse.

CV joints, are those the big, steel ball looking things that my wheels are attached to?

no, those are your swivel balls.
the cv joints are inside.

My discovery cv joints click and like above they are nothing to worry about. They should go on for several thousand miles like that, however if you start doing lots of offroading they wont last very long.
