Clicking noise

Help! Hi guys, I've got a click noise coming from the front end when I put it on full lock or almost full lock, left or right, going forwards or reverse, any ideas what may be causing this and is it likely to be safe to drive?!?

CV joint (probably) needs doing.

Your choice to drive it, but I wouldn't, though when it does fail it mostly just means you lose drive .. unless it takes out the wheel bearings or stub axle, or swivels ..

I thought as much, sounds like its coming from both sides. Is there anyway to tell which side it is without taking them apart?

Lift each wheel and rotate them on full lock might let you hear it though the clicking mostly happens under power, but otherwise find a large car park and drive in circles on tickover full lock around someone, both ways. Hopefully they'll hear one side more than the other .. though both can go simultaneously I guess ..
