Cleaning inside spotlights?

Is it possible to clean inside lights?

I have 2 Hella spots on my A bar and they have at some point half filled with crap so now half the the reflector is now dull. I took them apart but the lens is sealed to the bulb/reflector part as you would expect.

Is there anything I can do?

Also does anyone know where could I buy a tool chest that comes with tools that I could use to work on my landy? I'm sure I once saw some from machine mart but can't seem to find any online.

if they are sealed then they shouldnt be full of crap. if they are, they are only fit for scrap.

most tool sets are full of cheap and nasty tools. you need good quality h/duty tools for a landy especially. better to buy a chest and stock it yourself. start with a decent britool type socket set. (half inch drive).

dont forget a selection of hammers.

There is a draper one in the screwfix catalogue/site. It looks ok, and reasonable price. There is also a prize entry, maybe you will win it!
