Looks like it from that angle though if it was, you would be able to see it wherte the rear trailing arm is on the forward side of the axle, think what you see is the bracket for the tow bar.

Looks **** with those wheels, he says that he is missing the back door, I guess that he hasn't stole himself one if those yet
