Classic RARO and Disco 1 Windscreens

Hello All , I Believe but could easily be wrong that a windscreen from a Soft Dash Bonded Disco one is the same size and would fit A Classic hard dash RA RO from 1983 , I am asking as in a position to have a Heated Disco Windscreen and asking if it would fit the rubber sealed (new one ordered ) 1983 RARO , i know there is a bit of Blanking at the bottom to hide Soft Dashes but that's not a problem on my Hard Dash , Electrics are not a problem . any advice as to weather it fits in the hole gratefully appreciated.
(All this started off renewing headlining and finding top rail rusted out thus changing that so might as well change scabby rubber and screen! )

Well owned Landrovers since 1986 and and not asked many Questions ! I cant believe the collective does not know answer to this one!

Patience is a virtue, and reverse psychology may work also.

I don't know for sure, but I 'think' it will work. As far as my knowledge goes the D1's use an RRC screen shape/size wise.

Had to give that a like to get you off the mark after all these years, but the thing is have you been able to find the answer to some of your problems car wise by looking on here I know I have, the information on here has been invaluable to me so thanks chaps and lady type chaps.
