For anyone owing a Land Rover Disco or Evoke then there is a class action lawsuit in play against JLR for issues with the DPF system. A similar law suit is underway in Australia. The Law Suit covers the facts that JLR knowingly sold vehicles with defect issues with the DPF system resulting in higher maintenance costs, higher running costs and poor performance. I would recommend anyone who has owned or still owns a LR to see if the claim affects your vehicle. My Disco has had the same issue since i bought it, EGR value recirculation errors, which LR specialists say is down to the DPF system.
