I was looking through ebay and noticed this; 1986 LAND ROVER LR 90 4C turbo csw tax exempt on eBay (end time 27-Jul-10 12:08:42 BST)

if it's on a replacement chassis does that mean it should be Q-Plated and probably not tax exempted like it claims to be??

Bit confused after the epic that was Mrs NotHappy.

the tax exemption bit comes from "limited use" so has been registered as a farm vehicle at some time - that should change with new ownership.

If its had its chassis swapped to 1989 then it should be on F/G plate, not C. Apart from that, seems okay. Of course, we don't know if the 1989 car was "scrapped" as in the log book sent off as scrapped, in which case it cannot be put back without a new chassis number allocated (and Q plate).
