cheap two way radios!

I've got a couple of hand helds, i, cough, acquired them from work...stuck on channel 3 but im sure someone knows how to unlock them. Where are you...please edit the user CP so this doesn't get asked every time you post...
 
Motorola xtn446 is the make/model. As i say, they're set on channel 3 with re-chargeable batteries which are flat, been in the disco a month or two. You will need a charger or buy normal batteries.
