Might be ok, but what is "OE spec" supposed to be? It's either OE or it isn't!

Offroading the Camel eats CV joints but IME its usually due to the boot being damaged and letting crud in rather than manufactering defects so I regularly check the CV boots for holes.

OE or original equipment spec i would imagine means its been made to the same spec as the original equipment ie: materials, bearings. Landrover want £131 for a cv joint, partco wanted £77 for one, Im happy to pay £19.99 for one that someone will put a 2 year warrenty on. I spoke to the guy and asked him why they are so cheap. He told me that they get them made and shipped straight from the manufacturer hence they can do them at such low prices. Kit includes rubber, grease and clips. Im an engineer by trade so i will have a good look at them when they get here and will post what i think of the quality.

Cheers, Mark

I buy drive shaft complete from £40 for things-never had an issue.

sounds good for the money think my rear ns is playing up do i need the whole drive shaft from them or just the cv joint dont no if its the outer one or inner one making a noise

The inner is not replaceable, you can only replace the outer. If the inner is gone then you might aswell replace the whole shaft. Im not sure if they sell the complete shafts but email them and ask them.
