Rear crossmember rusing away, exhaust barely held up.
Both rear spring carriers very crusty
Holes in chassis rails at back
'Home made' tubular outriggers
6 inch long hole in the front of the radiator crossmember.

Those are just what i've found, im reluctant to look harder. Its already had a rear quarter at some point, i think it was a cheap ****part one though.

my little re chassis jobs not far off finished, just interia and bits to do now.

started it 19 months ago but the rain has set me back abit, Having had my series 2 109 12 years i cannot part with it so went down the hybrid route !

its now got a brand new 110 td5 chassis with 10" removed off the rear overhang, tuned 200tdi rangerover runing gear with lockers and the other half insisted if iam going to all this trouble it has to have four doors
