I used some old scaffolding. Then put a bar of timber through opening of front doors, and some angle under rear tub and lifted it off with ratchets

Thanks for a deicent reply this is more helpful. I tried to support the back of the body with a scaffold pole and stands but it just bent it I would need to strip lots more weight out to make it work

Scaffold poles held my 90 no problem, dont have stands too far apart.

How much “weight” have you left in? Trying to cut corners on something like this going to bite you in the arse, or worse!

Strip all the seats and ****e out of it. Go as far as removing the doors if you must, to make it as light as possible.

There are a few threads on here of those who have tacked strips on the body to keep it 'straight' ...

Even wooden formers to hold shape while the body is lifted off ...

I don’t see what relevance that had to my post?

Did you read the post I quoted? The body is already too heavy what is being used to support it. Solution = reduce weight. Simples.
