Chassi parts

Can't seem to find this specific part to purchase, since mine might be beyond repair. Would I need to find the whole rear end of the chassi?

I’m presuming you mean the a frame cross member, If I remember correctly from a few other threads you can’t buy that particular part anywhere and most people repaired it which is what I did on my 110 and my 90 or fabricated there own I’ve never seen one for sale but it’s been a while so someone might be selling them now . I place to try is Replacment chassis parts there on Facebook and eBay they might be able to help .

Thank you Ian! Yeah the cross member where most of the rust had dug in.The idea is to weld it but wanted to check if that part came separately or not. Thanks for the reply and I'll check out the facebook page you sent!

If the base ( underside ) is still solid they’re pretty easy to repair if you can weld they tend to go on the ends and the chassis in between the end plates , I’ve got a build thread in the members vehicles section Ian’s 90 rebuild there’s some pics of what I did in that and if you need any help just ask . They chassis people do 1/2 1/4 chassis’s I would advise checking it all before you start to repair it as it can throw a lot of problems up when you start prodding.

Just done mine last week, pretty easy once I plucked up the courage to start cutting, though I dont think it was quite as bad as yours.
I am not a skilled welder by any means, but I do have a good mig unit running on pub gas, and the quality of the welder makes a difference.
Everything that got cut out was replaced with 3mm plate, not pretty but not going to fall apart in the near future.
Not the same side, but you get the idea.
Top tip, start by cutting the gussets off and replace at the end. Pretty obvious really but once I thought that one out it made everything easy.

The bit you have circled is the rear cross member. It's one of the first bits to rot out on the chassis and there are plenty of repair sections available. The main hassle is taking the body off, but you've already done that.

Thanks, everyone for the helpful replies! I've been on it with the hammer and everything is in surprisingly good shape except for the obvious part on the cross member where the fuel tank sits. I removed the floor in the back for easier access to weld.
