Hi,

Looking to change to Koni shocks as want to improve the ride.

Is there any special precautions to take due to the air suspension when chaning on a P38 Vogue... Want to do it myself but wasnt sure about the air sus..

Thanks

Tim

funny you should mention Koni's as i did mine no 5 weeks ago, Koni heavy track adjustables all round and its THE best £300 i spent, what an amazing difference, i would highly recomend them. see here Koni Shock Installation on a Range Rover 4.0/4.6
job wise its well simple, the rears are so easy i didnt even jack up OR remove wheels, tooh 20 mins too!!
doing front ones made top of air back come away from mounts with a nice bang but they went back and inflated no owrries...
you WILL need trolley jack and stands

Yes disconect the battery and leave the tail gate open plus leave it 10 minutes to stop thinking for its self.
I'l have a quick look in th Wk Shp Man' later.

dont need to disconnect the battery or wait 10 mins leaving a door AND tailgate (the more things open the less someone shuts by mistake) open disables the air suspension, stick a stand under chassis if worried, if a bag decides to blow having the battery disconected aint gona help non

Thanks for the info, will get them ordered up.. With the excellent $conversion rate at the moment I can get a set for just over £200
