Hi, im planning on chaning the springs and shocks on my defender 90. Have been looking for previsous posts on how to do it but can't find any. If anyone has the time and patience to write one out or to send me the link to one sumone has done i would be eternally grateful. :D Thanks in advance

even the haynes manual should be able to get you through that task without you ending up with a big pile of components and a non working landy

While your down there do the bushes as well, as on an F plate they'll be getting tired. The shocks are meant to be an easy job, just make sure you have new turret clamps for the front as the studs all shear off apparently.
Good luck

dont be tempted by a big lift you will roll over more easily on severe side slopes & knock out u/j,s with monotenous regularity
