Changing Heater Matrix "O" Rings help Please..

Can anyone tell me or give me tips on how to go about this, I can see that my bottom pipe is dripping where it mates with the heater matrix. I presume centre consul out etc but where to start ? Also had a go at removing the drivers side centre consul side Panel, two screws in the bottom but unable to move it...help please... ps. mine has no air conditioning fitted.
