Changing gear jolt

Hi all,
On changing gear and bringing clutch pedal up there is a jolt. If I bring the pedal up slowly its fine. Is it likely to be clutch wear? Adjustment needed?
Car done about 60k. I'm guessing as usual.

is it a jolt or a judder?

I found that a judder was noticed on my old gears when bringing up the clutch slowly. I guess it was a little bit of muck/oil/damp on the clutch as slipping the clutch for a second or two made it go away for the rest of the day

its like theres play b4 the clutch engages and then it grabs suddenly but when the clutch comes up slowly its smooth.
