Changing door barrel locks

afternoon all!

Trying to change the barrel locks but the replacement ones are not long enough and don't have an end screw that tightens it. Having also looked on all the different sites at the locks they all seem to be the same. The original barrels have warped and need help asap. Does the old extension come off (if it does I need help with this) if not I need to find the correct barrels!!

Welcome to the zoo. It would be handy to address your problem in the correct section. as you never mentioned what vehicle i assume a series vehicle then barrels may vary due to type of door handles changes.

I’m going to say it’s a 300tdi barrel. You take the extensions off the old barrels & put on new barrel.
