I have a 1994 Defender 90 and wondered if secondhand 2018 front doors would fit as replacements?

Careful where you buy them from, some random from Facebook or Ebay and they will be stolen.

Or don't risk the SP Panels doors not fitting...their construction and fitting is crap, their customer service even more so...and buy direct from Paintman Panels https://www.paintmanpanels.co.uk/product-category/defender/defender-doors/
Once bought, drill holes in lower frames, clean up, prime & paint and fit. Then fill the frames Dinitrol/Buzzweld/BiltHamber or other preferred chassis treatment. And can really recommend you line the inner panel with Dynamat or SilentCoat...this makes a big difference to internal noise/reverberation suppression.
