central locking fob

hi all apologies if this is done to death ..:bolt:
bought a Mreg 300tdi 5dr in nov last year been working my way threw niggley faults and just about done [for now] one of the last ones is the central locking it locks/opens all the doors fine with the key from the drivers door [also illuminates and extinguishes the red led] so will i be able to go to local breakers or the bay and buy a remote and get it to work my locking if so how do i do it please
ps do i need single button or double button remote?

Yes it will be a single button fob, make sure it's the same frequency as shown on the alarm ecu label. The fob it user programmable, the info on how to do that is in the Forum somewhere you will need to do a search.
