hi peter sounds like that your hdc and abs fault is possibly due to your brake lights switch, they do have a tendancy to stick and also go wrong very easy to change so check brake lights work first.
the central locking if its programmed for single point entry will unlock drivers door only a second press will then unlock all other doors, its sounds like you have a sticking solenoid on the door that opens last.
if the car is set with no single point it should unlock all doors at the same time.
if you use the central door locking button to lock and unlock does the slow door stay slow or work at same speed.
the 2 rear doors are wired toegether, the wires run down the driverside in side down the trim panel to just behind the drivers seat and goes across the floor to the nearside there are a couple of joins along the way,the first i would check is when you open the doors pull out the rubber hosing and you will find a connector possibly 2 on each door check the connectors are not corroded if all checks out ok is probably just a slow solenoid hope this helps dont be afraid to ask all the best tiga.

cheers will check tomorrow, just had it checked at a garage and the judder i have been experiencing appears to be the clutch, jesus ! only had car 7 days, but i still love it,the rear door lock does seem slow ,must a solenoid ,will wait till cash flow improves, your knowledge seems vast ,i can see me and you talking alot the way things are going, also done the later header tank swop, 10 mins ,will do thermostat mod when back from clutch
cheers
peter
