yeah but it's great coz it's a written contract saying that it's a "depreciation proof motor" which can only be actually true if it's not got a value on it (ie it's free) so what we have here ladies and gents is a written contract offering a FREE landy.

Didn't know you could get a series III 2,5l diesel - sounds a bit iffy!

Unfortunately i am ruled out of the bidding as i have only driven a series III of normal series III age and it clearly states that you can only bid (where's the auction???) if you've driven an OLD one. Who's gonna be first to win it with a bid of ZERO pounds (as per the contract)?
