Evening All!
I've had my +2" terrifirma shocks on now for just over 3 1/2 years, and both rears have now blown oil all over themselves. I quite liked how they performed for a cheapish shock, but was annoyed by how awfully they rusted, almost immediately!
I've just ordered new front turrets (galv), and fitting kit, new cellular dynamic shocks, front and rear (standard height), and new galv rear spring seats. The cellular dynamics looked about the best on the cheaper end of the scale, but I was hoping anyone could give me some opinions on theirs (that have actually run them). Obviously Bilsteins or Old Man Emu would of been ideal, but I'm having to spread costs as I need a few things updating for work etc.
Just to add I run standard height springs all round, heavy duty rears (standard on td5 90), and soft ones up front. I did have spring catchers on the rear but will do away with them now as replacement shocks are going to be standard height, and I don't seem to need extra travel with the rear Ashcroft atb doing its thing (will put one in front axle soon)!
Appreciate any comments!
