Hi just wondered what channels you all use on cb weather it is just UK 40 or mid block thanks Lee

chuff all on mid band round me, few nutters on 19 and thats about it, I leave me ears on 19 on long trips just for fun, otherwise it only gets used for laning.

When tuning a CB radio with an SWR meter the most common technique is to tune it to the middle channel (20).
This is because you can only tune it perfectly on one channel and the rest will be slightly off, if you tuned it to channel 1 or 40 you could potentially be 39 channels out of tune but if you tune it to 20 you will only ever be 20 out.
So basically most people (around here at least) are on 20 - but these days it is rare to hear anyone on any channel.
