Cat D help

If it is not shown on the log book, and the insurance did not query it, do you know that it actually a cat D, or are you just taking the garage's word for it? Not trying it on are they to get more cash out of you?

Was gonna say I'm guessing you know the reg of the old disco, it's only a few quid to get it checked, just do it yourself and see. Then if it comes back clear you also have a second harassment case you can open as well.
