My 7month old JRT dog sits on the centre cubby and leans on my arm while I drive. He hated the landy at first - noisy old 200Tdi sounded like it was growling at him at low rpm - can't get enough of it now he know's it's not going to bite 'im.

Cheers,

My dads got a lucida (jap import of a toyota preiva) and the boot is massive!! but he is going to change it for a Ford Explorer which has a big boot, But i want him to get a Disco or Range Rover (which my mum had)

Oh and Only Motorcyclist Know why a dog sticks it head out the window (I know)

I always have my dogs in a proper transport box / cage, which is strapped securely to the car.
You only have to brake suddenly for an unrestrained dog to de badly injured (or to injure you) - I've seen it happen.
My dogs are too valuable to be loose in the back of the defender.

porky always sits int front ,even when eze not drivin. . . .

My 110 fits my 8 German Shepherds and 2 Dogue de Boudeauxs all happily. Then again they all seem to fit in the my rover 200 (its a BRM if that gives it more cred) - just open the boot and they all pile in - then again you can't drive it cos they sit on the front seats too.

Any one have a dog guard or know where to get a cheap one for a p38 RR as the wife is getting fed up of them jumping on the seats - only 2 in the back of the RR though!

If you really love your dogs you just don't brake hard!!

I have a camper van the dog always goes to sleep on the bed...:D

I suppose if I braked hard he would go flying through the air...

Safety cages , I am not putting my mutt in prison...:(

Maybe I could get one for the wife...
