Can't upload pics

Any advise on how to upload pics I can't do it lol

posting pics:
if you've no access to a web server .. one method is:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

follow the button-links " .. " as follows :

"post reply"
"go advanced"
scroll down to "manage attachments"
go "choose file" ( choose the relative .jpg pic on your computer )
clik on "upload" ..

then go "submit reply"

uploaded pic will appear as a thumbnail in the post

i can do it now, i couldnt do it before because i was using my ipad. im doing off my pc in work now lol
