Cannot refit handbrake drum?!

Can anyone spot anything obvious here as to why the handbrake drum won't fit over the shoes? I cannot for the life of me get it back on. The adjuster is all the way out (I've even removed it completely to try it), the cable is not connected to the handbrake lever.

Nothing jumps out other than is the left shoe fully seated at the top, they also dont look centered.

Looks fine. They can be a pain to get on. Use a rubber mallet to tap on evenly, once it gets past a certain point it usually loosens up and slips straight on.

This was it! I could not see it except in the photo. I just got all my weight on the right hand shoe and pulled down and it clicked into place!!
