Can this chassis rot be welded/is it an MOT fail?

Our personal record for a straight chassis swap on a Defender 90 with just myself and one other member of staff.
From driving the vehicle onto the ramp to driving it back off is.....

I will be looking for a New Chassis in the new year and would not mind if some people who have had a new one fitted would give some figure to what they have paid ! or is that being a bit cheeky ?

Either supply your own chassis or we can supply a Marsland 90 chassis for £1326 delivered inc VAT
Labour for base chassis change is £850inc VAT

Must admit had to get my out riggers done in august, thinking new chasiss is the way to go, but then mine is C reg.
