Not as far as I know. I don't think there ever was either. There's so little demand for such things, that I doubt that anyone will make up a kit these days.
You can still get most parts for the KV6, but you'll need to hunt about for them.

I rebuilt a low miles V6 a few years ago, for a project I was planning. I've still got it in my workshop as my plans have now changed.

The KV6 bottom end is good for 150K or more if oil change schedules are followed.
Most KV6s are retired due to head gasket failures, so serviceable second hand bottom ends are available.

I see...so I could maybe find pistons...sleeves...rods etc...but not all in a kit...I wish you were selling your engine and not far from california

It would be expensive to import an engine from the UK. However it's not going to be cheap to buy all the components you need for a full rebuild. Are your pistons/rings worn? They're generally very long lived in a standard vehicle and not bad in a modified vehicle.

I am just (well, 1500 miles!) north of you in Canada and know how hard it can be to find Freelander parts over here.
I get some small parts from Atlantic British but they don't seem to be into parts for major engine work, just fast moving parts.
I have had good luck with parts from Rimmer Brothers in the UK. They are very good at mail order to North America and have an excellent website that
shows blown parts diagrams. If you do check their site for KV6 parts you will also want to check the MG ZT section as they also used the same engine.
e-bay.uk can also be a good source for some parts.
