Can anyone explain this on the circuit diagram attached (taken directly from the 110 manual) .

It shows the circuit layout for the dash board lights.

'h' is the direction indicator light (I've marked it in green).

It has two positive feeds GW (green/white wire) for indicating right; GR (green/red wire) for indicating left.

But they both go to separate terminals of the same bulb! There is no earth! And when the hazards are turned on both GW and GR go positive and nothing lights.

What am I missing? How can the bulb work without an earth?

Thanks

when the right indicator is flashing, the dash uses the left indicator as a path to earth, visa versa. a bulb only needs a voltage difference at either post to light. without the full diagram at my finger tips i could not tell you how it works when the hazzards are on.
