Can anybody help?

l’ve been looking for a Defender 90 for my missus
There’s one for sale at a dealer, and it looks good (apart from the massive roo bar on the front) but it’s in Bedfordshire and that’s a 350 mile round trip for me.

I’m not expecting an RAC inspection but could do with someone who knows about Defenders to just give it a look over and then l can avoid wasting a whole day driving down there.

Reviews of the dealer are variable, plenty of good ones but some pretty bad ones as well.

Advisory on MOT in April 2019 for all brake discs past their best
And odd brake pipes from time to time
But nothing else really over the last few years

I’m to far to visit. But that would be a good grand off

I would wait for a 54 reg one to come along, as by then you should / would be getting the one piece front doors
