Is a hand throttle for a 90 (1990 2.5TD) a standard enough item that it can
be purchased as a kit of bits and fitted, or do I need to invent something?

If standard, what's the cost?

NLA - No Longer Available from LR - I'm told a third party may re-print
it but I've not seem a source yet. The LRM Bookshop may be able to
