Hi
I'm after some calipers for my 110 solid disc 1985.

I'm not sure what axles are under the motor are all the calipers the same apart from vented and solid disc.

Cheers

Rebuild what you've got with new seals and stainless steel pistons.
Plenty on here have done it including me.

No there are a few variants which have different diameter pistons if I remember correctly. Best bet is to measure piston diameter and rebuild as above ^^^

This is easy apart from the unbelievably fragile and fiddly metal seal retainers. Those things are an ass......

Make sue you buy genuine, and clean up the outer edge with emery paper or a fine file to remove the tooling bur making it easier to fit. If you are really struggling split the caliper (remember to fit new gallery seals before reassembling), you can then use a radius are washer as the perfect size drift to hammer them home. When hammering do not be gentle, a single sharp hard tap to the centre of the washer to seat it home in one go is what is required. If you try to do it gently working around the edge the retaining ring WILL deform and need replacing.
