Cable specification.

Does anyone know the correct spec for the lighting wiring in a Series 3 Landy? Does 2mm sound about right?

Are you going for orginality or function? The modern wires are thinner overall for the same current.

I actually ordered 1mm but it looks really thin but as you say modern cable is much thinner. It's 16 amp cable so should be fine as the maximum it will pull is for the brake light which is 21w so under 2 amps.
Even with the towing plug connected it will be fine. It just looks so thin. lol.
