YRM sell the shorter version for certain, I don’t know about the longer version like you have there. They are closed for Xmas now, so probably won’t reply to an email until the new year.
I had trouble sourcing these when I fitted a hardtop to my Series 3 some years ago. As a short-term measure, I used large stainless bolts and washers from a local engineering supplier but managed to get some decent replacement parts from a breakers yard.
they must have started re-manufacturing them since then as both now seem to be readily available from the usual suspects: craddocks, lrdirect, ebay, etc.
