I have just recently purchased a Defender 90, I have never driven a land rover in the dark before, Wow, it was like driving a fair ground ride! there was so many lights reflecting off every window, , if I looked in the rear view mirror, I could see the road in front of me! then the lights from oncoming traffic, reflected in the drivers door window, before bouncing off every other window and mirror in the cab!! Is this the norm?

It still spooks me after almost 8 months. Keep thinking something's gaining on me at about 120mph when on A roads when I notice lights in my rear view mirror reflecting off the back window.

I'm just in the process of installing Masai dark tints on my 90 CSW, done the sides and rear side windows, just the rear door glass to go. Hopefully that may reduce the glare and reflections a bit. Was also considering fitting an auto dimming rear view mirror, had them for the last 10 years and once you are used to them it is like gong back to the stone age when driving a car without.

No. My windows are all curved so we don't get the same reflections.
Don't worry, you'll soon get the effect. Train windows are flat!!

You can watch whatever the person I front of you is watching on their laptop by looking at the window. Of course this should act as warning that the person behind you can watch whatever porn you are viewing!!!

I had never really noticed it and it'd never bothered me till I read this post, now find it distracting and it irritates me, cheers!!! :(

I do about 13,000 miles a year in my 110 CSW.
I have experienced the rear window reflection, but l used to drive a van, and it doesn't bother me.
As for other reflections l cannot say l have ever noticed.
