I am in the process of fitting out the back of the 110 for a trip to Morocco in October. The previous owner had put two strips of chequer plate down the bottom of the C-Pillars  Well a bit of drilling and poking about with a screw driver showed why! The bottoms are fairly well none existent.

I know I can get the replacement parts from YRM but not being a Welder I was wandering how long or difficult a job this will be to replace. I could do with some ideas for time if possible before I start to shop around.

Cheers

Simon

dunno, but I guess the best I could say is it depends what else you find during the strip down.
Ive got the same problem on mine and I'm studiously avoiding it for the moment.

I know what you mean! I had avoided looking under the bits of chequer plate for a year then one foolish moment with a drill and screwdriver. The sill rail etc is all good as far as I can tell. Needs a new floor in the rear tub but that will be for another day and I can do that myself. It's just an idea on how long a welding job the c pillars are likely to be so I can get an idea of cost.

Cheers
