buying advice

Hi i'm looking to buy a disco 2 today y plate td5 es any major problems with this as i'm paying 13000 and i don't want to buy one that is not reliable thanks newbie

hi buy a manual one,make sure its got lr service history if poss,shop around as the market is full of good td5s es,xs ,adventurer,breamar ect stick to the high speck discos,whether it is new or old you will have something go wrong with it.13k for a y sounds quite high depending on the miles ,check the autotrader for a comparison ,i got a oct 51 plate last year(march)xs speck lr history 75k miles for £11500 1yr lr warranty from a dealer trade sale .most lr dealers will sell on cars trade with higher miles (over60k)good luck great to tow with gazv70 pics in gallery

yes it makes a big diference! have you bought it ??if not keep looking i saw a nice td5 on ebay in scotland yesterday it had 103 k on the clock and didnt sell at 6500 but thiers lots to choose from good luck .rsvp gazv70

aye, for that sort of money id be wanting a max of 50/60k miles.
as gazv70 says, keep looking, theres plenty around.
