I am off to see a 2002 L322 V8 84k miles, black Vogue with rear dvd screens. Mot feb 13 tax august. FSH. 6 previous owners. Asking £8500 private sale.

I have HPId it and all above board there.
Firstly is this a fair price?

Secondly what are the key things to look out for.

I have ordered some running boards... Can these be done diy?

The passenger cup holder is broken.. Well stuck and wont open. Seen a few on ebay for c.£70. Again are these easy to replace?
